We have so many things to be thankful for everyday but sometimes we get too busy to take the time to think about them. Thanksgiving day is a great time to do just that! Where learning and sharing is FUN
As a national holiday observed by the Federal government, all schools, banks, and the majority of private businesses are closed for a long weekend lasting either four or five days.
I spent my weekend harvesting. We did an old fashion harvest by threshing like in the old days. I got to drive the homemade steamer. It was fun.

I went to Nipawin for
Thanksgiving.It is at least a hour drive. I went to Nipawin to see my Aunt Winnie. We had ham, sculpt potatoes with peas for dinner. I got to see my Aunt Winnie.It’s been a long time since I saw her. She gave me a little thing that you can put letters in and it has little drawers to put stuff in. It was fun.
On the weekend I went to Regina and I visited my Uncle, Aunt and my cousins. On Monday Indiana and his family came over and we had Chinese food.
Thanksgiving is a time to be thankful. I am thankful for my family that loves me.
We had turkey, potatoes and carrots. It was like a big feast. I love turkey. I am thankful when I feed the chickens because I am earning my allowance.
